Important Notices
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Please read these notices before booking or using any Mission Medical Bali service. They explain what you can expect from us and what we need from you. They supplement our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
In an Emergency
If you or someone with you has a life-threatening condition, please go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately. Examples include chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, seizures, severe allergic reaction, serious injury, or suspected poisoning.
Our team is available 24/7 on +62 813-1313-3374 and can arrange ambulance escort and hospital transfer. Messages sent through the Website or WhatsApp may not be read instantly, so please call for anything urgent.
What We Can and Cannot Treat
We provide general practice care, home and clinic visits, IV therapy, vaccinations, laboratory tests, wound care, and related services. We are not a hospital. Conditions that need surgery, intensive care, advanced imaging, or specialist admission will be referred to a hospital, and our doctors will explain why. Hospital charges and specialist fees are separate from our fees.
Medical Information Is Not Medical Advice
Articles, service pages, and package descriptions on this Website are for general information. They do not replace an examination by a doctor. Please do not delay seeking care, or ignore advice from your own doctor, because of something you read here. Messaging us does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That begins when a doctor assesses you.
Results Vary and Treatments Carry Risks
All medical procedures, including IV therapy, injections, and vaccinations, carry risks. These can include bruising or irritation at the injection site, allergic reaction, nausea, dizziness, or infection. Your doctor will explain the main risks for your treatment before you consent. Recovery time and results differ from person to person, and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or timeframe.
Tell Us Before Treatment
For your safety, tell the doctor about any of the following before any treatment:
- Allergies, especially to medications, vaccines, latex, or foods
- Current medications and supplements
- Pregnancy, suspected pregnancy, or breastfeeding
- Existing conditions such as heart, kidney, liver, or blood disorders, diabetes, or immune conditions
- Previous reactions to IV drips, injections, or vaccines
Some treatments may not be suitable depending on your answers, and the doctor may decline or change a requested package.
Our Doctors Make the Final Clinical Decision
Packages and treatments listed on the Website show what we commonly offer. The treating doctor decides what is clinically appropriate for you after assessment. A package may be adjusted, or not given, if it is not safe or necessary for your condition.
Confidential and Sensitive Services
We handle sexual health screening and other sensitive services discreetly. Results are given to you privately. Information is shared with others only with your consent, where needed for your onward care, or where the law requires it. Ask us if you would like to know how your information is handled.
Licensed Practitioners
Our doctors are General Practitioners registered with the Indonesian Medical Council (KKI) and the Indonesian Medical Association (IDI). Each doctor’s registration number (STR) is shown on our homepage, and you can verify it at kki.go.id.
Service Areas and Arrival Times
Free home visits apply within our standard service areas: Pererenan, Canggu, Tabanan, Seminyak, Kuta, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, and Nusa Dua. Arrival times we quote, such as 30–60 minutes in central areas, are estimates. Traffic, weather, ceremonies, road closures, and demand can cause delays. We will keep you updated by WhatsApp or phone.
Insurance Claims
We provide itemised invoices, a medical report, and the doctor’s stamp to support travel and health insurance claims. We cannot guarantee that your insurer will accept or reimburse a claim. Please check your policy conditions, and contact your insurer before treatment if it requires pre-authorisation. Unless we have confirmed direct billing in writing, you pay us at the time of service and claim back from your insurer. Insurer logos on the Website do not mean direct billing or endorsement.
Payment and Cancellation
Prices are confirmed before treatment. Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, QRIS. Medication and vaccines that have been administered or supplied cannot be refunded.
Children and Minors
Patients under 18 should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Treatment and dosing for children are decided by the doctor after assessment, and we do not give medical advice for children through the Website.
Medications and Prescriptions
Medications are supplied or prescribed only where clinically appropriate and permitted by Indonesian regulations. Certain controlled medicines are not available. Please take medication only as directed, and contact us if you notice side effects or your symptoms get worse.
Teleconsultation Limits
Remote consultations cannot include a physical examination, so some conditions cannot be assessed safely by phone or video. The doctor may recommend an in-person visit or hospital referral.
Reviews and Testimonials
Reviews displayed on the Website come from Google and reflect individual experiences. They are not a promise or guarantee of similar results.
Communication and Data
WhatsApp, email, and website forms are convenient but not fully secure. Share only what is needed to arrange your care. See our Privacy Policy for how we store and protect your information.
Feedback and Complaints
We want to hear about your experience, good or bad. Contact us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +62 813-1313-3374.
